Arbitration Board:

SOLIT Group endeavors to settle relevant disputes amicably with customers. It is not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and is generally not prepared to do so. If a dispute cannot be settled amicably with a customer, SOLIT Group will make a final decision on the question of participation in a dispute resolution procedure on a case-by-case basis and inform the customer of this in the form required by law.

In the event of disputes in connection with contracts concluded electronically, consumers can also turn to the EU's online dispute resolution platform(www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). This platform puts the parties in contact with a competent national dispute resolution body. The right to appeal to the courts is not reserved for the parties.
