In rare cases, the shipping carton may be damaged during transport. Please check whether the package is undamaged before accepting the shipment. If there is transport damage, so that parts of the shipment may have been stolen, please refuse to accept the shipment.

Our tip: If you are unable to accept the parcel on the expected delivery date, please specify a desired date, desired delivery location or desired neighbor to your delivery agent. You will receive an e-mail from your delivery agent. To use these services at DHL, you must register once at www.paket.de.

On the following working day, your order will leave our security warehouse by the deliverer and, according to our experience, will be delivered to the delivery address you specified under "Shipping information" after approximately two to three working days.

In rare cases, the shipping box may be damaged during transport. Please check whether the package is undamaged before accepting the shipment. If there is transport damage, so that parts of the shipment may have been stolen, please refuse to accept the shipment.

Our tip: If you are unable to accept the parcel on the expected delivery date, please inform your delivery agent of your preferred date, delivery location, parcel store or neighbor. You will receive an e-mail from DPD the day before delivery in which you can choose from the above options. In addition, you will be told the expected delivery time.

Please note: DPD also offers you the option to give a drop-off okay. If you choose this option, you bear the risk of loss from the time of delivery, which is why we advise you not to choose this option.

Due to the high value of the goods, the shipment is carried out by ProSegur. Our logistics partner Ziemann Valor will contact you by phone to arrange a time of delivery.
