Below we explain how you can order gold, silver, platinum, palladium and diamonds from us and safely pay the invoice upon delivery by cash on delivery. The option to pay "on account" by cash on delivery is available to both regular and new customers.

What is the payment term for cash on delivery?

Items marked as "immediately available" are usually shipped on the next business day. If a delivery time is indicated for an item, we will ship at the indicated delivery time. Your order will be shipped completely in one shipment if all items are available. There will be no partial deliveries. We will of course inform you when we are ready to ship your order.

No, there is neither a right to refuse acceptance nor a right of revocation or return: According to § 312 g para. 2 no. 8 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of revocation does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods, whose prices are subject to fluctuations on the financial market over which entrepreneurs have no influence and which may occur within the revocation period, such as the delivery of precious metals.

Your order of precious metal bars and coins is therefore not revocable. Only for non-precious metal products there is a right of revocation.

The prevention of money laundering is an important goal for us. For this reason, we have taken various security measures to prevent attempts at money laundering. In addition, we have established criteria that must be met in order to allow a cash on delivery invoice purchase:

• The country of your billing or delivery address does not belong to third countries with an increased risk of money laundering (= The country is outside the EU).
• The invoice amount is over 2,000 €.
• You do not have a valid passport or identification document for identification.
• You are not a politically exposed person.
• You are the beneficial owner yourself or are acting on your own account.
• You are not ordering for yourself as a natural person, but for a company.
